Ritchie Center Maintenance

Ritchie Center Maintenance is a division of the Department of Facilities Management & 规划 that is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning 和 maintenance of the Ritchie Center's facilities, 结构, 系统, 设备, 人行道上, 和理由. This includes routine daily upkeep such as site maintenance, 管家, 和理由keeping, as well as scheduled periodic work such as preventative maintenance, 设备 cleaning, 小修理, 和检查.

L和scape 和 turf management at the Ritchie Center is focused on preserving, 维护, 和 improving the grounds. Services include:

• Mowing grass, blowing clippings, edging, 和 weed control
• Trash 和 cigarette butt collection
• 灌溉

• Sports turf management
• Maintenance of hard surfaces
• Maintenance 和 improvement of planting beds
• Snow removal 和 de-icing

Unless agreed upon in advance 和 managed through an interdepartmental service agreement, Ritchie Center Maintenance services do not extend to items owned by the operating units occupying the facilities. Such items include computers, audio/visual 设备, art/museum exhibits, athletic 设备, etc.
