大厦经理计划

  The 日常维修 Shop takes care of repairs to windows, 墙, 地板, 天花板, 门, 和屋顶, assists the other trade shops in some preventative maintenance activities such as annual fire extinguisher maintenance 和 fire recall service checks in elevators. Billable services they provide include electrical alterations 和 improvements to campus buildings, 以及为活动临时发电. Although they do not service or maintain department-owned or -leased electrical equipment such as copy machines or computers, it is wise to check with them before purchasing new equipment so they can determine if there is sufficient infrastructure to support it. They also do not work on fire or security alarms which are the responsibility of the 校园安全处.

They are responsible for boiler certifications 和 CFC permits for our large chillers. This shop plays an important role in campus energy management. Their billable services include building alterations 和 improvements. 暖通空调热 & AC requests can be submitted via the Facilities work order system, iServiceDesk.

  锁 & 关键的商店 provides locksmith services throughout campus, including on construction projects. The shop maintains DU's complex 和 proprietary master key system, 负责门锁机构和部件, 改变安全组合, 回应部门的要求, 并在需要时开锁. Billable services include provision of new keys 和 re-keying of locks.

  Facilities maintenance assists departments with small, on-campus moves requiring only one person-hour or less to complete. This limitation helps ensure that we always retain a sufficient workforce to perform our primary duties of maintaining the campus facilities 和 grounds.
