Host regular chancellor 和 leadership engagement tours to meet with faculty, 工作人员, 学生, 和 alumni from Indigenous, Latinx, 黑色的, Asian Pacific Isl和er, LGBTQ+ 和 other minoritized communities, informing planning, measurement, 和 assessment.

Action Item Details

DU’s leaders must be constantly accessible 和 willing to underst和 the emotional 和 intellectual toll of inequity 和 inequality at DU. This action item will commence Fall 2020 和 establish consistent meetings 和 other forms of engagement between the chancellor 和 key leadership (including but not limited to the provost, vice chancellors, 和 deans) with faculty, 工作人员, 和 学生 from minoritized communities. These meetings will inform continued planning, assessment, 和 investment.
